This document sets out the terms and conditions for using the website www.vlc-transferaeroport.ro and for contracting passenger transport services offered under the VLC Transfer Aeroport brand.

By using the website and/or making a booking, the client fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.
Provider / Operator: VLC OPTI TRANS SRLClient / Customer: any natural or legal person requesting transport servicesService: private passenger and luggage transport, provided as a transfer, according to the bookingBooking: a firm request for a transport service, made online, by phone, by email or via messaging apps (e.g. WhatsApp)
VLC OPTI TRANS SRL provides private transfer services for passengers and luggage between various locations (including airports, hotels, ports, private addresses, etc.), using dedicated vehicles, based on prior booking.
Services are provided on a private, non-shared basis, for the route and time agreed with the client.
Bookings can be made:

by phone
by email
via messaging applications (e.g. WhatsApp)
A booking becomes firm after it is confirmed by the operator (in writing or verbally) and, where applicable, after payment of an advance or the full amount.
The operator reserves the right to refuse a booking in justified situations (lack of availability, incomplete data, suspicion of fraud, etc.).
Prices are communicated before the booking is confirmed and may be displayed on the website or sent directly to the client.
All prices are expressed in RON (lei) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payment can be made by:
cash
bank transfer
card (where available)
For corporate clients, payment can also be made based on an invoice, according to the agreed terms.
The price includes transport on the agreed route and the number of passengers and luggage specified at the time of booking. Any change (additional stops, route changes, extra waiting time, etc.) may generate additional costs.
For airport pick-ups, the included waiting time is the one communicated at the time of booking or according to the commercial policy displayed.
Delays caused by flights, traffic, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond the operator’s control cannot be attributed to the operator.
Additional waiting time may be charged according to the conditions communicated to the client.
The client undertakes to:
provide correct and complete information (name, phone number, location, time, flight details, etc.)
respect the agreed pick-up time and location
follow the rules of conduct inside the vehicle
not damage the vehicle or the operator’s property
inform the operator in advance of any booking changes
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
The number of passengers and luggage must be specified at the time of booking.
The operator reserves the right to refuse the transport of luggage that exceeds the vehicle’s capacity or is dangerous/illegal.
The client is responsible for their belongings during the transport.
The conditions for cancellation, modification and refund are detailed on the Cancellation/Refund Policy page on the website and form an integral part of this document.
In case the client does not show up at the agreed time and place (no-show), the operator reserves the right to retain all or part of the service price.
The operator is not liable for:
delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, accidents, road restrictions or other force majeure situations
indirect losses, missed flights or connections for reasons beyond its control
items forgotten or lost in the vehicle, if they cannot be recovered
The operator’s liability is limited in accordance with applicable law.
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its contractual obligations if this is caused by a force majeure event, as defined by law.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy (GDPR) available on the website. By making a booking, the client declares that they have read and understood this policy.
Any complaint can be sent to: contact@vlc-transferaeroport.roThe operator will analyze the complaint and respond within a reasonable time, in accordance with applicable law.
This contract is governed by Romanian law.Any dispute will be settled amicably, and if this is not possible, by the competent courts in Romania.
VLC OPTI TRANS SRL reserves the right to modify this document at any time. The applicable version is the one displayed on the website at the time the booking is made.
